Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • 1/2 t. baking soda
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. light corn syrup

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray bundt pan or 9 inch square/round pan with cooking spray. Combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk egg whites, water and corn syrup. Add to dry ingredients until smooth. Pour into pan. Bake 30 minutes.
